How to do Coloured Foams in a super-easy way

What will you need:

  1. 2 Pasteur Pipettes
  2. Small Measuring Cup
  3. Red Colouring
  4. Blue Colouring
  5. Large Measuring Cup
  6. Sodium Bicarbonate
  7. Protective Goggles
  8. Plastic Spatula
  9. Gloves

Step bt Step:

  1. Number the three cups from 1 to 3 and add 2 spoons of sodium bicarbonate per cup with the plastic spatula. [0:00]
  2. Add two tablespoons of washing-up liquid, per cup. [0:02]
  3. Add 25 ml of water, with the small measuring cup, to each cup. Stir with the plastic spatula, without forming foam. [0:22]
  4. Add 2 drops of red colouring to the cup 1 and blue colouring to 2. In cup 3 mix 1 drop of each colouring dye. [0:37]
  5. Place 40 ml of vinegar in the large measuring cup. [0:56]
  6. Line up the cups on a tray and pour a little vinegar into each cup. Note: the more vinegar you add, the greater the explosion of coloured foam is. [0:58]
